Volunteer Info!

For the West Park Jr Panthers Youth Football and Cheer organization to operate successfully each year it is necessary that each family participates in the many jobs and duties required during the season. West Park Jr Panthers Youth Football and Cheer is run strictly by volunteers and a volunteer Board of Directors. Please do your part to help provide a smooth, efficient, fun, and valuable experience for all the children in our program.  Each family is required to work a minimum of 8 hours per athlete (4 hours for mascots) they have participating in the program (maximum of 16 hours per family).

  • Parent/Guardian is required to submit a check in the amount of $500 ($200 for mascots) for the league to hold until ALL hours are completed. If the hours are completed the check with not be cashed.
  • Once the volunteer schedules are prepared, families will be notified via email through a Sign-up Genius link.
  • Volunteer hours can be rescheduled/canceled but must be done 72 hours prior to the shift and through the Sign-up Genius link.
  • Parents/Guardian who volunteer for a game day shift must arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the shift and work the complete shift. Volunteer check-in will be at the snack bar - list will be posted to the refrigerator on the left as you enter. All volunteers MUST sign in for their shift.
  • Please limit personal belongings in the snack bar so walkways are clear for food service.
  • You may not, under any circumstances, bring your child (of any age) with you during your shift.
  • You may have a friend or family member work your shift, but they MUST be 18 years of age or older.
  • Volunteers are required to pay admission into games.

Our organization would not be possible without volunteers. We want to thank each and every one of our families and look forward to another great season!
