Volunteer Info!

For West Park Jr Panthers Youth Football & Cheer to run strong each season, we rely on every family to pitch in. Our entire program is powered by volunteers—including our Board—so your support keeps things fun, efficient, and running smoothly for all our athletes.

Volunteer Requirements (based on 2025 season and subject to change): 8 hours per athlete (4 hours for mascots), max 16 hours per family. Hours may vary each season.

Deposit: Families must submit a $500 check ($200 for mascots) held until all hours are completed. Checks are not cashed if requirements are met.

Scheduling: Volunteer shifts will be assigned via Sign-Up Genius emailed to families. You may reschedule/cancel 72+ hours before your shift using the Sign-Up Genius link.

Game Day Rules: Arrive 10 minutes early and work the full shift. Check in at the snack bar (sign-in sheet on the fridge to the left). No children may accompany you during your shift. A friend/family member 18+ may work your shift. Volunteers must still pay game admission.

Thank you for helping make our season possible—our athletes thrive because of YOU!
